What’s happening in a woman’s body during perimenopause and beyond. Fit test and setting goals for the 8 weeks.

Exercise protocols for strength training; introduction of a baseline, intensity guidelines, modification conversations and discussion about pelvic floor engagement.

Week 3: Cardio

Its importance, its role in perimenopause and menopause training and best practice.

Week 4: Recovery

How to measure it, and ways to support better recovery for improved physical health.

What are macro nutrients and what nutrients are key for health, body composition and aging optimally at this time. What foods contribute to better gut health and how does this all support better overall health.

Week 6: Protein

The importance of protein for muscle and health. How much protein is the right amount? How to track protein and what are best sources?

Week 7: Exercise Aids

Supplements, adaptogens, hot and cold therapy. What works best for women at this age? How to incorporate these into a workout and nutrition regime?

With nearly 20 years of experience training women in fitness and nutrition, I have developed a deep understanding of what works best for diverse individuals.

This knowledge has been shaped by both my extensive hands-on work with women over the years and my ongoing education in female-focused training methodologies.

As a menopause strength, fitness, and nutrition coach, I provide personalized guidance tailored to each woman’s unique needs and goals.

What works for the majority of women may not work for some and I get this.

This individualized approach ensures optimal results, helping clients navigate the changes of menopause with confidence and support.

Accountability and motivation are my fortes, as I am passionate about supporting women through what can be one of the most challenging times in their lives.
